Statement from Senior Vice President of Media, Greg Thornton

Since February 2000, Moody Radio has aired Walk in the Word across our network of stations. Today, the leadership of Harvest Bible Chapel made an announcement about transitioning their content away from radio and TV broadcast to an all-digital format.

Over the years, Walk in the Word has been used by God to lead many to Christ, help them grow in their faith and be equipped in the Word of God. So let us commit to being in prayer for this ministry and for Harvest Bible Chapel during this season.

Listeners of Walk in the Word will be notified during the regular program on Monday, Jan. 7. Harvest Bible Chapel has provided an FAQ about this decision, which is available on their website.

Moody Radio leadership is currently developing plans for a replacement program and when finalized it will be communicated with staff and listeners. Thank you for being in prayer as Moody Radio leadership manages this transition and plans for the future.
